Capitola Long Term Rental. Just a short five minute walk to the Capitola Village, this beautiful beach rental features a reverse floor plan with a den and two bedrooms on the bottom floors and spacious living room and kitchen on the top floor with many windows that look out to the surrounding trees. This monthly rental also has many great modern amenities to make your stay more comfortable. It includes a large upstairs deck for taking in the sun, a large plasma TV and a separate den with a futon. This house features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with island, and a spacious dining room for entertaining. There are patios in the front and back yards. There is one garage parking space and two driveway spaces, which makes it convenient for outings to Santa Cruz or making a day trip down to Monterey, Carmel or Big Sur!
Convenient Amenities Include: washer/dryer, BBQ- propane/gas, patio furniture, balcony, private yard, fenced yard, garage parking. driveway parking, fire pit
From the driveway of this house you walk through the front gate that encloses the front patio area with fire pit and up to the front door. As you enter the house you are met with a staircase directly to your left which takes you to the second story where the living room and kitchen are and the entryway to the bottom level bedrooms and den. If you go straight through the entryway, you will find the washer/dryer and storage area to the left and two bedrooms with queen beds to your right. The full bathroom with bathtub is also on the right. As you walk farther into the house on the bottom level you will see the den area with a futon sleeper, and desk. The door at the back of the den leads to the backyard area that looks out to Monterey Avenue. The staircase at the entry takes you to the second story with the living room with TV and kitchen and dining area, which leads to a sunny patio area with table and chairs to enjoy meals outside.
