Is smoking allowed in the homes?
Smoking is prohibited in all of the homes.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed in many of our beach houses. Prior to bringing your dog, you must check with Beach House Rentals to sign the Pet Addendum. There is no additional charge for bringing your dog. Click the following link to view the list of our Pet Friendly Rentals.

Are linens and towels provided, or do I need to bring my own?
All beds are made with fresh linens (sheets, blankets, and pillow cases). There are enough bath towels, hand towels, and face towels for one of each per person. If you would like beach towels, we recommend bringing those with you.

What are the check-in procedures?
Check in is any time after 2:30pm. We will email you check-in instructions the week before your stay, which will include information about where to pick up your keys. If you wish to check in earlier than 2:30pm there may be an extra fee. Early check-in is not available on days when a guest is also checking out and may become unavailable to arrive early for unforeseen circumstances. Please communicate with our Guest Services team on checking in early on your day of arrival.

What are the check-out procedures?
Check-out is by 11am. If you wish to check out later than 11am, there may be an extra fee. Late check-outs are not available on days when a guest is also checking in the same day. Upon your departure, we ask that you leave the property in good condition. We provide cleaning service upon your departure. Please make sure dishes are washed and put away. Dispose of trash in the garbage cans. You do not need to wash sheets and towels as we have a linen company that launders these items after you leave.

Can I book a reservation online?
Absolutely. You can make a reservation for your vacation through our website: www.Beach-HouseRentals.com From the main home page, select your dates of arrival and departure on the left-hand side. The following page will list all the beach houses that are available for those dates. Select the home of your choice and follow the booking procedures on the following pages.

How do I make a reservation?
When you find the beach house of your choice, you can either reserve the property online at www.Beach-HouseRentals.com or contact one of our Guest Experience Team Members at 831-475-1808 or 800-330-2979.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?
We take a Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking a reservation. If your reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full. Your final balance due must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received, the balance due will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Refundable deposits are not offered.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full rent and tax are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-rent the unit. In the event the property is re-rented, the guest shall pay a $100.00 cancellation fee and a $100.00 rebooking fee. All cancellations must be in writing – either by e-mail, mail, or fax.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Based upon availability, you can make a reservation starting on today’s date or up to a year from today. We do not make reservations for guests more than one year out from today’s date. Each of our current guests have priority to book the same beach house for the same time frame the following year. When you find the beach house of your choice, you can either reserve the property online at www.Beach-HouseRentals.com or contact one of our Guest Experience Team Members at 831-475-1808 or 800-330-2979.

Do I have to pay the cleaning fee if I clean the home myself, rather than use your cleaning services?
Yes, the fee will be charged, as all of our homes are sanitized professionally; this is required after each and every guest vacates.

What is included in the total price? What is the breakdown?
The total price you are quoted and charged is an all-inclusive rate: including taxes and all fees. It is the bottom line price.

Do you offer travel insurance?
No, we do not offer travel insurance. You are welcome to purchase through a third party company. We recommend Travel Guard and their phone number is: 877-249-5376.

Do you have a Lost and Found?
If you believe you have lost something, contact Sara with Guest Services at Sara@beach-houserentals.com

Are the beach houses cleaned daily?
No, our beach houses are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you would like cleaning services or a linen change during your stay we do offer this service for an extra fee. Please contact our office 831-475-1808 in advance so we can make arrangements.

Are there any handicap accessible properties available?
Yes, please contact our Reservation Team for a list of homes with handicap accessibility.

Do you offer group rates and planning?
Absolutely! Please indicate the type of group and how many people you are looking to accommodate and we will find the perfect setup for your group!
